In case you missed the memo, chia seeds have been gaining popularity as one of the most fibre-rich foods. This means they’re good for gut and heart health while being rich in protein and antioxidants.

Chia Puddies currently has six exciting flavours for you to choose from, including matcha, coconut, and chocolate

There are also three sizes available, so you can eat to your heart’s delight. Choose from the Small (S$10.50 for 8oz), Medium (S$12.50 for 12oz) or Large (S$16 for 15oz)

Whether you’re snacking alone or sharing with friends, there’s something for everyone.

If you’re a matcha lover like me, you might be drawn to the Matcha Bowl, featuring a rich green matcha chia pudding with yoghurt, granola, coconut shavings and strawberries.

If you get a bad case of Monday blues every week (I can definitely relate), curb your sadness with their 1-for-1 chia pudding promotion! Simply head down any Monday, between 1pm and 5pm.

If you’re looking for a drink but don’t want to miss out on the health benefits, opt for their chia smoothies (S$9.80 each) instead.

Their smoothies contain raw honey and no additional sugar, so you can rest assured that you’re only getting the best.

Their recommended chia smoothie is the Berry Bliss (S$9.80), a refreshing mix of blueberries, strawberries and bananas.

However, they also have simple flavours like tropical mango, matcha and strawberry.

While the end date for their 1-for-1 promotion has not been specified, you should definitely grab it while it’s still here.

So, will you be visiting Chia Puddies for their gut-healthy chia pudding?
