Haidilao Singapore is truly on a roll.
They’ve launched several unique dessert options over the past couple of months, like the DIY shaved ice dessert bar and free-flow high tea, alongside value-for-money set meals and tasting platters.
If you’ve always wanted to enjoy your favourite hotpot ingredients but on the grill, you can now visit selected Haidilao outlets in Singapore for BBQ, with the launch of their brand new Premium Grill Series.
Having previously launched at Haidilao outlets in Malaysia, it was only a matter of time before it made its way to our shores. All we can say is, better late than never!
There are two sets to choose from, with the first being the Hi Single Grill (S$19.90) set, inclusive of chicken slices, pork belly, a vegetable platter, rice, and a drink.
Otherwise, the Hi Double Grill (S$69.90) set, which can feed two diners, comes with Haidilao signature beef slices, fresh prawns, marinated beef, chicken slices, luncheon meat, and a vegetable. Look forward to a selection of special Haidilao grill sauces and unlimited refills of selected beverages (for both sets) that’ll make your BBQ experience extra merry.
The grills even come equipped with a special sea exhaust system that helps to minimise smoky fumes, so you won’t leave smelling like the grill!
Do note, however, that you won’t be able to have both hotpot and the premium grill at the same time.
The Premium Grill Series is currently being soft launched at the following outlets:
- Royal Square: 10.30am–5.30pm, after 10pm (Mon to Thu), 10.30am–5.30pm (Fri)
- Seletar Mall: 11am–5.30pm, after 10pm (Mon to Thu), 11am–5.30pm (Fri)
- Marina Square: 11am–5pm, after 12am (Daily), from 20 February onwards
- City Square Mall: 10.30am–6pm, after 10pm (Daily)
We hear that the chain has plans to roll it out to more outlets, so stay tuned!
