Korio is back to win your heart!
After their closure in 2023, this fan-favourite sandwich establishment has made a triumphant comeback in the heart of Singapore, proving that good food really does bring people together.
The newest outlet has a cosy dine-in space and an expanded menu featuring a blend of bold flavours from their beloved classics to innovative fusion creations — all under S$20.
Here are some standouts:
Caprese Grilled Cheese (S$15) sounds totally indulgent. Whole wheat sourdough hugs American and cheddar cheeses with caramelised onions to add a rich and savoury twist. Better yet, you just have to try out the cheese pull for yourself.
Prefer something less cheesy? Breakfast Sandwich (S$14) is a crowd pleaser with thick soft brioche slices slathered with creamy sauce gribiche and slotted with crispy luncheon meat. A comforting classic that will never go wrong.
Other items on the menu include Mortadella & Pickles (S$15.50), Lox (S$18.50), Tuna Melt (S$16), and more.
Korio’s iconic Brooklyn-inspired brioche doughnuts are back in the spotlight and are a must-try.
My pick is the Cinnamon Sugar and Whipped Honey Butter (S$5.50) — a heavenly mix of warm cinnamon spice alongside whipped honey butter melting into the soft brioche with every bite. Though the Earl Grey Almond Butter (S$5.50) seems delightful as well, a combination of malty notes finished with a nutty almond finish.
Pair your treats with a drink in hand like the Iced Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew (S$6.50) or refreshing options like Lemon Mint Iced Tea (S$6) or Iced Peach Tea (S$6).
Korio has always been all about refining the classics and serving them with flair. With their return to the scene, it seems that some things are too good to stay away from.
So are you ready to fall in love with Korio again?
