If you’re trying these desserts for the first time, you have to try the Banana Pudding Matcha Brûlée (S$14.90). A best-seller and the only flavour with a limited quantity per day, it comprises a matcha crepe shell encapsulating a large dollop of banana pudding, freshly torched into a brûlée. Crack into its sugary shell and scoop out the fluffy pudding waiting to be devoured. Do note that this delicate creation has a limited quantity each day, so be sure to catch it before it sells out.
Another must-try, the savoury Mt. Buldak (S$11.90) crepe literally contains spicy Samyang Buldak noodles. Fusing the iconic instant noodle with fresh ingredients like lettuce and omelettes, it feels like holding the world in the palm of your hand. The number one pick for those with a savoury palate, there is no reason not to visit.
Apart from the exquisite and innovative crepe combinations, Kremi also features thick and milky tea lattes.
You can expect classic lattes such as the Hisui Matcha Latte (S$7.50) blended with soybeans, and Ajisui Matcha Latte (S$7.50) mixed with petite pistachios. For more adventurous tasters, Kremi’s Suisen Genmai Latte (S$6) and Tsubaki Hojicha Latte (S$6) are guaranteed hits.
Making the most out of their fresh ingredients, you can also add toppings or fruits to your lattes. Topping options range from a scoop of banana pudding, torched kinako cream top, black sesame cream, cold sea salt foam, and strawberries.
