Mister Wheel Singapore is located at Level 1, Tower 1 of Suntec City. It is also the first store in Singapore, but we’re pretty sure that they’ll be opening many more stores around the island very soon, especially since they’re super popular.

In case you’re wondering what exactly Mister Wheel is, they’re best known for their chewy wheel pies — or QQ, as the Taiwanese would say — stuffed with generous amounts of fillings ranging from the classic red bean to savoury ones like sauerkraut.

Mister Wheel Singapore will have a total of 11 flavours, including their signature Red Bean (S$3.30) and Custard Cream (S$3.30). They’re both really unique and yummy, but my personal favourite was the Red Bean. Unlike your regular red bean paste, this red bean filling here is on the chunkier side, with bits of red bean still present in the paste — which shows that the use only the real stuff.

Other unique sweet flavours include Strawberry Custard (S$3.90), Pandan Custard (S$3.90), and Taiwan Yam (S$3.90). There’s also a special Milo Custard (S$3.90) that is only available in Singapore — yay us! If I had to pick a favourite out of all the flavours, the Milo Custard would be it. It was sweet and creamy, which blended well with the chewy pancake. The flavours really excited the little child in me and Milo lovers will definitely love this!

Another fan favourite is their Earl Grey Custard (S$3.90) that is highly praised for its strong earl grey fragrance and smooth, New Zealand-sourced cream that is not overly sweet. I really loved how the sweet earl grey filling paired with the pancake batter and it gave the pie a nice light floral finish — definitely a must-get.

They’ve also got a selection of savoury flavours too like the Lobster Salad (S$4.50), Truffle Mushroom (S$4.50), and a very unique Corn Soup (S$4.50). The Corn Soup was not available on the day we visited but as a corn soup lover, I will definitely be back to give this a go.

Fun fact: much like their pies in Taiwan, each pie comes with a cute little imprint of the Singapore Merlion. And since it is the festive season, you’ll also be able to spot some pies printed with cute little Christmas Tree.

Apart from their iconic wheel pies, Mister Wheel also has a selection of drinks like Thai Milk Tea (S$6), Pandan Milk Tea (S$6), coffees (from S$5) as well as specialty drinks like Taro Milk (S$6.80) and Red Bean Milk (S$6.80), to pair with your wheel pies.

Which of these QQ pies are you most excited to try?
