Korea has been killing it in every department lately—from beauty to pop culture to food, they’ve established a dominating presence on all fronts. And the latest craze to hit the Singapore markets is none other than Korean baked goods.
Located in Suntec City, Noci Bakehouse is a new Korean cafe serving European-inspired breads, pastries, and other brunch selections. With its modern, sleek, and minimalist design, the storefront leaves the spotlight to the rows upon rows of mouthwatering treats.
The bakery rotates through 25 breads, so you’ll get the chance to try something new every time you visit. Some must-get items if you stop by are the Castella Milk Cream Salt Bread (S$5.50)—a buttery, airy dough, filled generously with sweet milky cream; Crème BrûléeDanish (S$8.50)—a French pastry topped with a crunchy caramelised layer, and the French Toast (S$15)—served with a caramelised base and soft custardy centre.
For some savoury options, fan-favourites are the Cottage Beef Hot Sandwich (S$14.50), and the Creamy Tomato Soup (S$11.50), a comforting European classic that goes surprisingly well with their salt breads. If you’re feeling healthy, you can also go for one of their salads, such as the Carrot Râpé and Jamón Plate(S$8.50), a delicious combination of salty Spanish ham and fresh vegetables.
Perhaps what we’re most excited about, however, is their creative selection of speciality lattes. Among those are the Peanut Cream Latte (S$7.50) and Marshmallow Mocha Latte (S$7). Throughout our hunt for unconventional coffee creations, these ones definitely stand out for their appealing flavour combinations.
After picking your treats, head into their cosy seating area, designed to resemble a charming European countryside. It’s the perfect environment for a cosy afternoon break. If you’re looking for your next café hop in Singapore, Noci Bakehouse is definitely worth a visit.
