Located in the heart of Singapore’s bustling commercial district, Sofitel will be offering this unique afternoon tea experience priced at S$68++ per person from 15 March 2026 to 15 June 2026, with a minimum of two diners.
The set menu is presented in three parts: savoury treats, sweet mains, followed by two showstopping drinks. The savoury selection begins with a cheeky chocolate burger and some lemon and vanilla-infused fries on the side. Following up are items like drumsticks made with white chocolate truffles, and a lime and ricotta corn in a cup.
Moving into their sweet selection, it should come as no surprise when their carnival classics, such as churros and macarons, come dusted in savoury caviar or filled with trout roe. Stretching the limits of what food should look and taste like, this innovative menu definitely mimics the mischievous theatrics of a carnival, making it suitable for those with a more adventurous palate.
Completing the menu on-theme with two drink selections, the Popcorn Dream and Berry Carnival are garnished to maintain the whimsical atmosphere. Served with bright, bold colours and frilly toppings, it’s definitely an “eyes eat first” moment.
You will also be entitled to a selection of coffee and four flavours of TWG tea. Choose between classic breakfast teas such as English Breakfast and Earl Grey, or the slightly calmer aromas of Chamomile and Moroccan Mint. If you want to go beyond the basic options, you can also pick from the additional six premium flavours, including the Red of Africa Tea or the Silver Moon, which blends green tea, berry, and vanilla, for a top-up of S$3.
