Located in Raffles City, Spicy Noodle Singapore is a noodle shop originating from Taiwan. Known for its trendsetting concept of pairing spicy soup with its signature Soul-Stirring noodles (from S$18.80), the store has opened its first international outlet in Singapore

Spotlighting the restaurant’s Soul-Stirring noodles, the dish comprises handmade noodles and signature Master Chilli Sauce. In greater detail, each bowl features chewy noodles submerged in comforting beef broth, spiced up with its ultra-concentrated drop of Master Chilli Oil

The restaurant’s chilli oil is also nicknamed the Hermès of chilli oil by regulars, as it faces a laborious eight-hour process of frying and filtering before being served.

To give an idea of how esteemed this chilli oil is, dozens of herbs and spices go into one drop of ruby red. Carrying spices like star anise and cinnamon, along with the essence of fresh fruits and vegetables, this mixture prides itself on having no preservatives and on being handcrafted. To produce this chilli, skilled chilli artisans have to use the five techniques of stir-frying, simmering, mixing, resting and filtering

A dish that holds this precious oil, Spicy Noodle Singapore’s Spicy Beef Soups are well accompanied by Xiaohun Noodles under their Spicy Beef Soup Sets (from S$18.80). In addition to the filling combination, each Spicy Beef Soup Set also comes with sides like sliced US beef, braised tofu pouches, soft-boiled eggs, and more.

For noodle lovers who are not a fan of strong spices, we recommend opting for their Mild Beef Soup Sets (from S$18.80) instead. Similar to the Spicy Beef Soup Sets, the Mild Beef Soups come with Xiaohun noodles and sides as well.

As they continue to experiment and evolve spice recipes, Spicy Noodle Singapore has brought something a little spicier, sweeter, and never-seen-before dish to their Singapore outlet.

Turning up the restaurant’s heat once more, Spicy Noodle Singapore has launched Singapore’s first-ever Mala Watermelon 销魂麻辣西瓜 (S$4.50). Pairing ice-cold watermelon with the brand’s signature Master Chilli Sauce, their Mala Watermelon serves as a refreshing finish to your meal.

If you’re looking for comfort food to indulge in after work, just remember that Spicy Noodle Singapore has the perfect remedy waiting for you.
