No, I’m not talking about the weather. If you’re in Melbourne, why not check out this new immersive museum full of interactive and playful visuals (wink-wonk), which promises to show you a good time.

The Museum of Desire is situated in Collingwood, and since it’s an adults-only event (Minors DNI, please),  remember to come all protected because there will be security and identification checks.

As a fellow participant in the terrible dating market, sometimes you just want to release some pent-up stress, ya know? Immerse yourself in this crude display of over 20 passionate attractions with exhibitions involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), technology, and sound.

You’ll get the chance to get up close and personal. By this, I mean we heard from a little bird that there will be a kissing booth, a ball pit full of boobs, and even more filthy activities. Or, if you want to take it slow, you can do some reflecting in Infinity & Beyond, featuring projection and artworks from The Huxleys, a Melbourne-based artist.

You can even play an ‘orgasm harp’ to a musical peak or explore the ‘Confessions of a Photocopier’ for depictions of office shenanigans that we definitely can’t try at work.

But don’t get too all hot and bothered and blow your load just yet; there are still more displays to be unveiled closer to the date. I mean, doesn’t it already sound exhilarating so far? 

Despite the au naturale nature of the museum, there’s actually a profound meaning behind it. The main theme is to encourage people to explore their base desires in a place free of judgment. Be free to have open conversations with anyone here as well.
