We’re all overworked and under-fun in life, which often leaves our bodies beaten and worn out. And nothing gets our bodies back to normal like a good full-body massage and a soothing head spa.
This reminds me of my time with Sen Trắng Spa & Wellness, where the experience was out of this world.
Located in the middle of District 1, this spa has it all — from a soothing Herbal Hair Wash, Facial Care and Neck Massage at 350,000 VND (approximately 17.15 SGD) to a Relaxing Massage with Hot Stone and Aroma Oil at 550,000 VND (approximately 26.95 SGD), you’ll be spoilt for choices.

If you’re looking to get the most out of your Vietnamese Dong, go for their spa packages. The dreamy COMBO 1, priced at 750,000 VND (36.75 SGD), includes a head massage, hair wash and full-body massage
Meanwhile, the enlightening COMBO 2, priced at 1,050,000 VND (approximately 51.45 SGD), takes things up a notch with a 40-minute’ worth of hair wash and head massage and 130 minutes of intensive treatment.
I’ve gotten the COMBO 1 package, and my damages were literally less than S$60! It was so good I fell asleep like a baby. Even my masseur joked that I was snoring so peacefully throughout the entire session.

Calling all my funky, stylish hairstyle friends! The true struggle is trying to find a salon that nails the perfect Wolfgang or Shag Mullet in Singapore. It’s basically the same as trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Thank goodness for social media, because we stumbled across another viral beauty gem—Behind the Chair Hair Studio.
Just like Cosie Nail Town, their pricing is super straightforward, as it starts from 450,000 VND (approximately S$22.05) for a basic haircut to 1,600,000 VND (approximately S$78.40) for a Korean wavy perm.
Thinking about bleaching or dyeing your hair? Then be prepared for the final price to go up. Even so, it won’t go beyond S$100, unless you’re going all out with a Calico or Ghost Roots hairstyle.
