People always think December is the easiest month for date ideas, but that’s not exactly true. Most couples end up at the same old annual Christmas Wonderland, without realising there are plenty of other Christmas markets perfect for an intimate date.
Hence, here’s our list of eight Christmas markets that’ll help you make this month extra magical with your special someone.
1. Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens by the Bay
Ironically enough, at the top of the list is Christmas Wonderland @ Gardens by the Bay, located near the Supertree Grove and The Meadow. There are mixed feelings about Christmas Wonderland, but we can all agree that it’s become an annual tradition for many Singaporean couples.
In terms of concept, not much has changed from 2024 to 2025—visitors can expect festive snacks, Instagram-worthy light installations, carnival games, and more.
Tickets are already on sale from S$7 for children aged three to 12, while adults range from S$9 to S$15. There’s no need to rush, as you can drop by anytime until 1 January 2026.

2. Togetherland by World Christmas Markets
A large-scale festive market where you can easily get last-minute Christmas gifts, decorations, and trinkets is a must-visit for everyone. One of our recommendations that fits the description is none other than Togetherland by World Christmas Markets.
From 11 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, the market will be located at the Bayfront Event Space. There’ll be nine themed zones for you to wander and explore, especially the artisanal markets, family attractions, and live performances.
Tickets are S$5 on Klook—if you’re spontaneous like us, there’s also the option to get them on-sit as well.

3. Orchard Road Christmas Light-up
Not exactly a Christmas market, but it’s another annual tradition well practised by Singaporeans—dropping by Orchard Road to view the 3.1km stretch of stunning, bedazzling Christmas light-up.
Take a romantic stroll from Tanglin to Dhoby Ghaut with your lover and admire the tapestry of festoon lights. If you wander far enough, you’ll come across two Great Christmas Villages filled with exciting games, rides, and festive treats.
Think it can’t get more festive? It sure can. On Christmas Eve, passers-by can enjoy a lively street party packed with music, entertainment, and Christmas cheer—plus extended hours until 6am the next day!

4. Cluny Court Christmas Market
Located along Bukit Timah Road, Cluny Court is rolling out a Christmas Market packed with cute trinkets, festive decorations, and plenty of gift ideas. You’ll also spot hand-painted animals created by participants from the previous Christmas workshops—super charming to look at!
The fun part? Santa Claus is dropping by for a Meet and Greet. He’ll be around on selected dates—11 December 2025 to 14 December 2025, and 18 December 2025 to 21 December 2025. Catch him from 11am to 6pm on Thursdays to Saturdays, or 11am to 5pm on Sundays. Perfect for a chill festive outing.

5. Christmas Enchantment at Capitol & CHIJMES
What better way to end the work week than with a quick trip down to Capitol Singapore and CHIJMES? Both areas are filled with Christmas markets where you can get your shopping spree done before having dinner with friends.

6. The Great Christmas Village @ Ngee Ann City & Shaw House
Starting 8 November 2025, grab your kids, nieces, or nephews and head over to The Great Christmas Village for some festive fun. This year, it’s happening at both Ngee Ann City and Shaw House, giving you double the spots to explore!
Each location comes packed with carnival rides, festive photo spots, gift shops, and plenty more to keep everyone entertained. Just remember to get a Carnival Card so you can top up credits easily for rides and games.

7. Christmas Market @ One Holland Village
After two consecutive years, the Christmas Market at One Holland Village is back for all pet owners, pet lovers, and pets to enjoy a festive wonderland.
It’s a celebration of the unique bond you share with your furry friends and the pet community. There will be tons of booth vendors like CAKEBAR, Healing Touch, and PETSBOUTIQUE, offering pet clothes, treats, and spas!

8. RSYC
Last but not least—RSYC is hosting a dazzling, light installation boat parade both for the public and members to enjoy.
Happening on 13 December 2025, you can head down to either RSYC Marina or the Promenade Lookout Jetty at West Coast Park to soak in the light show. Just imagining the lights shimmering across the dark waters is already enough to get us excited.
