This exclusive three-course menu (S$80) delivers a refined yet efficient lunch experience. Perfect for business lunches, midday indulgence, or a quick gourmet escape, this is available from Wednesday to Saturday.

The meal kicks off with Araya’s signature Chapalele bread. Fresh out of the oven and served with Cochayuyo spread and Merkén butter, this bread alone is a game-changer.

Warm, fluffy, and the perfect vessel for the uniquely Chilean spreads.

For the starters and mains, expect a lineup of beautifully crafted dishes that wow you once through the eyes and twice through your palate.

Start with the Beetroot, a vibrant masterpiece that’s as refreshing as it is flavourful. With earthy ribbons, this was definitely an interesting way to kick things off.

Next, the Cordero is skewered with two pieces of lamb meat.

Grilled to a perfect medium-rare with a deep, rich flavour that’s enhanced by chanar fruit and a luscious cochayuyo marmalade, it was super tender (admin is unfortunately uncultured and likes her meat well-done).

Want a more premium experience? Go for the Picana Asada, wagyu with aged Ecuadorian cacao sauce for an additional S$12. You can also go for the Pacific Madara with salsa de choritos for S$22.

No dish is complete without Chorizo Arroz, a smoky, Spanish chorizo rice that ties everything together with its robust flavour (lowkey reminded me of savoury porridge).

Every meal deserves a grand ending.

And Araya ends theirs with their Single-Origin Chocolate creation with 67% chocolate, crafted by pastry chef Fernanda Guerrero. The balance of zesty orange and rich chocolate makes for a pretty fun treat.
