There’s a bunch of cafes in town, but there’s one that’s especially eye-catching with their pretty pink theme and floral walls — and that’s Brown Butter Cafe.
Hidden in Forum The Shopping Mall which is arguably much less crowded than the likes of ION, Takashimaya and Wisma Atria, not many might know about this gorgeous cafe in town (but they totally should!).
The space is decked out with gorgeous pink decor and floral arrangements all over, making the space a dream come true for romantics and anyone who loves all things dreamy and pastel.
And the interior isn’t the only thing that’s crazy IG/TikTok-worthy about the cafe — the food and drinks are also so intricately made that you just HAVE to let your camera ‘’eat first’’.
The menu is pretty substantial, with your usual items like pasta and burgers, but they also have some innovative mains like the Fish Bowl (S$20), which is essentially a poke bowl but the ‘’bowl’’ holding in all the ingredients is made by a ring of buttery sliced avocados.
There are also savoury waffles like the Breakfast Waffle (S$24) made with fried chicken, avocado, sunny side-up, bacon and more.
But these are the real stars of the show when it comes to this cafe — the desserts and drinks.
One of the cafe’s most popular desserts is their cheesecake, and it’s not just any other boring ol’ cheesecake — it’s shaped perfectly like a cartoon slice of cheese (something that looks straight out of Tom and Jerry!). They also come in three different flavours — original (S$8.50), rose lychee (S$12.90) and yam (S$12.90).
If you’re a fan of matcha or tiramisu, you’ll also love their Love-misu (S$18.90), served beautifully in either the style of an Eiffel Tower (chocolate) or rose (cheesecake).
For the coffee and tea lovers out there, the cafe also serves unique Messy Lattes (S$8.90) that come in a variety of flavours like Rainbow Yam, Rainbow Rose, Sakura Matcha and more.
