Located along Duxton Hill, specifically in the Mondrian Hotel Singapore, lies a rooftop bar where hotel members and the public can loosen up. The Canyon Club Singapore allows all to seek refuge and dive into their pool while they prep your favourite drinks.
From 12pm to 5.30pm, hotel guests can enjoy undisturbed peace as they soak under the hot sun while sipping away on cocktails. If you’re not a hotel guest, then take note of the public access hours as it’ll only start from 5.30pm.
Coincidentally, Happy Hour at Canyon Club Singapore also begins from 5.30pm until 8pm daily—everyone gets to enjoy S$12 cocktails like Aperol Spritz, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Whisky Sour, and more. Not a big fan of cocktails? Don’t worry! The Happy Hour also includes red and white wines, draught beer, and house spirits, too.
For our designated drivers, you can join in the fun with their mocktail selections of Watermelon Cooler, Shirley Shrine, and Virgin Mojito—also priced at S$12.
What’s Happy Hour without ordering any light bites? Their Mediterranean-themed bar features delectable dishes such as the Seasonal Fruit Platter (S$18), Greek Salad (S$28), and Chicken Quesadilla (S$32), made with spicy jalapeno, thick cheddar cheese, and Mexican spices.
If these selections seem too much for you, you can always opt for their Calamari (S$24) doused in tangy lemon aioli, Truffle Fries (S$20) coated in parmesan cheese and chives, or Fried Chicken Wings (S$22) with sweet chilli dressing.
