At Confirm Good (CG), we trade post-work gossip and pantry hangouts for game nights instead (and yes, we can get extremely competitive). From Uno, Snakes & Ladders to Monopoly, we’ve played it all.

But lately, one person’s been dominating the leaderboard—meet our newest intern, Selena. No matter the game, she always finds a way to win.

This week’s challenge involves a local card game called Master Sinseh, where players become Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physicians.

Across the five rounds, they’ll navigate through Herb, Patient, Book, and Special cards to heal as many patients as possible. They’ll need to rack up on gratitude points and earn the ultimate title of Master Sinseh

Nicole’s Perspective

Nicole isn’t the biggest fan of card games; usually, she’d rather sit them out. But with too few players that day, she was roped into joining the fun (or chaos!)

Before the first round even began, the team spent nearly 20 minutes explaining the rules. What makes it funnier is that this is everyone’s first time playing the game, so the lesson quickly devolved into a bunch of headless chickens trying to figure things out.

Still, Nicole decided to just enjoy herself and not stress about winning. But by round two, she was already lost. She couldn’t tell one herb from another, and when Keith—our resident TCM enthusiast— stepped in to help, things went downhill fast.

Let’s just say three of Nicole’s poor patients didn’t make it.

Keith’s Perspective

Keith was practically glowing due to her obsession with TCM herbs. In fact, she won’t stop claiming that TCM remedies were more effective than any Western prescription.

She even tried helping Nicole by naming the herbs, but accidentally got them wrong. This left Nicole’s patients in a more detrimental state.

That little blunder ended up working in Keith’s favour, as Nicole’s downfall allowed her to snag second place with one of the highest scores.

(Admin’s not convinced it was a mistake. We’re watching you, Keith.)

Selena’s Perspective

Luckily for everyone else, Selena was new to the game too and didn’t fully understand the rules. But little did they know, she already had a secret head start.

Earlier that day, she had overheard Letresa and Keith chatting about Master Sinseh during lunch. Curious as ever, Selena went back to her desk and did her homework by scouring through Reddit, Google Reviews, TikTok videos, and other corners of the internet for tips and tricks to get ahead.

Her strategy? A mix of 50% wits and 50% brain stamina. Being naturally competitive and curious, Selena has always thrived in games that test both skill and strategy. Her biggest secret ingredient was Xandro Lab’s LPC Neuroa top-tier Omega-3 supplement she’s been taking for months.

It’s not just any fish oil; it helps protect, improve, and optimise brain health, which makes it easier for her to process rules, adapt quickly, and memorise the different card types and meanings.

Thanks to Xandro Lab’s LPC Neuro, Selena could remember which herbs worked best for each patient card, keeping track of over 10 different herb types with ease. Plus, it supports eye hydration and neuron membrane repair, which came in handy during long working hours staring at the laptop screen.

She even shared a little insider tip while the rest of us argued over what counted as a win—LPC Neuro can also help manage skin conditions like eczema and may even reduce the risk of early-onset Alzheimer’s and Dementia

All in all, Selena’s mix of curiosity, competitive drive, and a little brain-boosting edge made her an unstoppable force at game night. But results may vary per person, so please consult a qualified physician before starting any supplements.

Letresa’s Perspective

Before Selena joined CG, Letresa ruled game nights, winning by default. Determined to reclaim her throne, she aimed to beat Selena while uncovering her secret.

As Nicole and Keith bickered, Letresa tried copying Selena’s tactics. By the fourth round, her hand of patient cards threw her off.

Then, Selena casually pointed out the right herb for one of Letresa’s patients. This left Letresa stunned—how could Selena remember the compatibility between herbs and patients while advising a competitor at the same time?

Needless to say, she came in third place, as she lost to both Selena and Keith. Better luck next time, Letresa!

Verdict?

After the game ended, Selena finally revealed her secret to the girls—eavesdropping, pre-game research, and Xandro Lab’s LPC Neuro Omega-3 supplement, which boosted her focus, brainpower and agility to stay ahead of the pack.

It’s not just about memorising the rules and understanding the mechanics. Staying sharp and maintaining mental stamina for the long game is key, and LPC Neuro helps you do just that.
