Luckin Coffee has launched a “Over The Moonmin” collaboration with the nostalgic cartoon character. Invoking feelings of warmth and comfort, the popular coffee chain dropped some new limited-edition drinks and adorable merchandise that’s sweet enough to brighten your day.

You can look forward to their Roasted Coconut Latte (S$6.80), which perfectly blends the intense espresso with the mellow flavours of toasted coconut. The pistachio series, which will launch on 19 March 2026, will feature a Pistachio Chocolate Frappe and Pistachio Oat Latte that are made with premium ingredients. Be sure to also look out for their adorable Moomin umbrella and post-its that come with the purchase of selected drinks.

        NOBO Soy

Making a bold entry into the soy milk market, NOBO Soy promises to revolutionise the plant milk industry. Observing the dwindling interest in soy milk and the over reliance of heavily-processed protein sources, it pledges to be a natural, clean, and healthy solution to these problems.

This launch will feature two flavours: the original NOBO Soy and a NOBO Almond Soy flavour that adds roasted almonds to the soy milk base for a nuttier flavour. These products can now be found both online and in major retail stores like 7-Eleven and FairPrice. NOBO Soy is also collaborating with a Vietnamese-based fashion brand, CHAUTFIFTH, to design a sleek and stylish soy bean handbag.

As Singapore’s unpredictable weather takes a turn for the worse, this brand-new affogato store could not have popped up at a timelier moment. Between the sweltering heat and our crippling coffee addiction, Aifokato is set up for success.

Nestled in the trendy streets of Telok Ayer, they keep things fun with a twist on the classic dessert. Apart from the four gelato flavours of vanilla, pistachio, matcha, and chocolate, you can now also choose between three poursespresso, matcha, and chocolate—rather than just the traditional espresso.

Mandai Wildlife Group has been working overtime with their new releases, including the Exploria, Curious Cove, and upcoming Minecraft Experience, but they’re not done yet. On 20 March 2026, they will be welcoming Food Republic as an affordable and convenient option for the visiting masses.

Among the stores you can expect, there is Boon Tat BBQ Seafood, known for its grilled seafood and sambal dishes such as the Grilled BBQ Stingray, BBQ Sambal Sotong, and more. For a sweeter option, Old Amoy Chendol will also be opening there. This sweet, creamy, and cold local dessert will never disappoint, especially after a tiring day of exploration.
