But nothing comes close to what the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club (RSYC) has up its sleeve—word on the street is that their Christmas plans will blow you away.
Starting 5 December 2025, RSYC will be kicking off the festivities with a Christmas Club Light-Up Night, from 6pm to 9pm. They’re going all out by having a full-sized, real pine tree right in the lobby for everyone to admire and snap those picture-perfect family shots. If you’re unavailable on 5 December 2025, then head on down from 12 December 2025 to 13 December 2025, from 4pm to 9pm—this is the perfect opportunity to bring your loved ones for some light-hearted fun.
The fun doesn’t end there—from 12 December 2025 to 13 December 2025, the celebrations go full force with a Christmas Bazaar, Boat-Light Up Contest, Christmas Musical Performances, and a whole lineup of festive happenings.
First on our list is the iconic Boat Light-Up Contest on 12 December 2025, where participants will decorate their boats and jet skis with fairy lights, inflatable Santa Clauses, snowmen, and all kinds of cute characters that will melt your heart and leave your kids gleeful with anticipation.
If you’re like us and enjoy watching pretty lights, then don’t miss the dazzling boat parade on 13 December 2025. There’ll also be the chance for the public to head down to RSYC Marina to get a closer look at the dazzling boat on display.
Alternatively, you can also get a perfect view of the show from the Promenade Lookout Jetty at West Coast Park—imagine spending a Christmas date there, cosying up with your special someone while the lights shimmer across the dark waters. Just the thought alone makes us want to head down with our significant others!
Not a huge fan of boats? Don’t worry—the Christmas Bazaar’s got you covered. Browse through the rows of enthusiastic vendors selling lifestyle gifts, artisanal finds, and even wine and whisky collections (perfect for Christmas gifting). The Bazaar runs from 12 December 2025 to 13 December 2025, but if you’re hoping to snag something special, there’s no harm in heading down on 12 December 2025 itself.
Another fun option for the whole family is the carnival’s lineup of free family-friendly games. Participants of all ages can try their luck and win prizes. While the little ones are busy conquering every game booth, parents get a treat of their own—from 4pm to 9pm, Atos Wellness is offering a complimentary 10-minute head and shoulder massage.
To top it all off, both days will wrap up with a magical music performance to seal the festivities. On 12 December 2025, catch the Mandeville Conservatory from 7pm to 8.30pm by the Wharf, while on 13 December 2025, enjoy Christmas carolling by the NUSS choir from 8pm to 8.30pm by the foreshore.
