Sentosa GrillFest is back again, better than ever.
You heard that right. The event will be held on festival days between 14 November 2024 to 1 December 2024. Get ready to kick back and enjoy the gastronomic haven formerly called the Siloso Beachfront!
Get ready to embark on a journey. The four unique zones will bring you on a culinary experience around the world, alongside 30 vendors, live band performances, and fire shows.
The first zone — Fan Favourites — brings back the top tried and tasted delicacies from previous years. Experimenting with food is always fun but classics are still the ones I go back to at the end of the day. This year, you will be able to feast on items like Gunpowder Short Ribs (S$38), Nasi Bakar Ayam Suwir (S$16), freshly charred Boston lobsters (S$16 for half, S$25 for full), and more!
Hop onto a flight and explore the world at International Village with mouthwatering dishes from North America to Asia. Highlights include Papi Tacos, Royal Taj, Gyushi, and more. If you have visited the previous Grill Fest, you should have already heard of Hanok Kimchi. This is a must-try considering it won the award of Sentosa GrillFest People’s Choice 2023 Top 3.
I mean, you can’t possibly say no to desserts, right? Combat the richness and cleanse your palate with the new addition, Dessert Hut. This zone boasts a range of sweet desserts from childhood brands like White Rabbit serving White Rabbit Ice Cream S’mores (S$9) and more, to innovative brands like CONED serving Grilled Tiramisu Coned (S$12) and many more.
Now that your bellies are full, you can’t end your night without some refreshing drinks. Check out Brew Island which will satisfy your thirst with a selection of brews and beverages. Choose your choice of beverage from well-known names like Chang and distinctive offerings like Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco, Invaders Bar, and even more.
There is a new exclusive called Teepee Dining Experience with a curated dining affair. The Social Outcast, Jett BBQ, and Sohtt have teamed up to curate a three-course meal, which will be served in a teepee setting (admin just learnt that it means cone-shaped tent). This experience can be booked at Trip.com (S$88 per person) or you can choose to pair each course with beer (S$100 per person).
