Drinks with a colourful aesthetic or unconventional presentations have been gaining a fair bit of attention lately, and Teadot is no exception to the hype. Known for their Tea-On-Tap method of serving tea, this little tea shop in Tengah has been popping up on our reels. Naturally, we were excited to see what this store had to offer too. However, instead of their futuristic faucet system to dispense their drinks, it was their eccentric menu that caught our eye.

Featuring handcrafted herbal brews nostalgic to Singaporeans, Teadot brings a modern twist on our favourite childhood drinks like Jujube tea, Luo Han Guo tea, and more.
Take their Tieguanyin Oolong Milk Tea (S$3.90) for example. Using Tieguanyin Oolong tea leaves known as the “Iron Goddess“, this fresh milk tea exudes a floral aroma reminiscent of orchids alongside its smooth milky taste. Or their Duck Po*p Oolong Milk Tea (S$3.90), where its flavour hints flowers, sweet red plums, and a subtle bitterness balanced with its milk base.

Although their milk teas are already creative as is, the highlight of the menu has to be their herbal tea series, crafted with ingredients such as snow pear fungus, chrysanthemum, Luo Han Guo, jujube, and more. Among the herbal tea series, the Snow Pear Fungus (S$4.90) remains palatable even to those new to Chinese herbs. Brewed with snow pear, jujube, various stone fruits, snow fungus, and dried flowers, the tea is topped with sweet peach gum. In addition to its moreish flavour, Snow Pear Tea is known for soothing coughs, clearing body heat, and hydrating the body.

Another powerhouse item from Teadot, their Roselle Hawthorn (S$4.90) features a clean and light taste of jujubes on top of its cranberry jelly. Brewed with roselle and hawthorn flowers, a variety of stone fruits, and berries, its sweetness completely masks the addition of licorice!
Thanks to its inclusion of stone fruits like black dates and jujubes, the Roselle Hawthorn helps improve immunity and digestion, nourishing your body with adequate antioxidants.

As much as this shop is filled with healthy ingredients, they have a few sweet tricks up their sleeves too. Indulge in their diverse range of gelatos (S$4.90), from sweet pastel Bubblegum to dark thick Ninja Sesame. Beyond the classic flavours of Cookies and Cream, M&M’s Cookie Dough, and Creamy Vanilla, Teadot also offers unique flavours like Goji Chrysanthemum, Gianduja, and Ninja Sesame. Providing sugar-free gelato flavours, you would still technically be keeping up with your 2026 health resolutions.
In spite of being drawn into this herbal tea café from its Instagram-worthy interior and presentation, it turns out Teadot was worth a visit for a completely different reason.
