If you enjoyed this little Parisian high tea at Simplicité, then this swanky cafe space will surely be up your alley. Tucked away on Sentosa, Le Faubourg is a little cafe that promises a slice of Paris right in the heart of the island. Along the al fresco area, you’ll find red and white wicker chairs while the cafe’s interior looks like it’s straight out of a Parisian apartment.
Crêpes, croques, and cafe fare
Serving brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea, Le Faubourg’s menu sees chock-fulls of sandwiches, crêpes, French pizzas, and all-Parisian fare. Pick from their All Day Breakfast menu like the Parisien (S$25) consisting of various viennoiserie, butter and jam, or Londonien (S$25) which is scrambled eggs on toast with a choice of protein.
The crêpes menu is split into two segments — sweet and savoury. If a Raspberries and Dark Chocolate (S$15) crêpe isn’t quite up your alley, there’s also the Grands Boulevards (S$22) folded with Paris ham, cheese, and egg, amongst a whole host of savoury options.
Amongst those, there are also salads, sandwiches, French-style pizzas, waffles, desserts, and even take out picnic boxes.
Furry friends are welcome
In addition to the cafe being downright gorgeous, the al fresco seating area is also pet-friendly, though it’s recommended to place bookings beforehand to secure a slot.
