There’s no shortage of dessert cafes at the moment, but it hasn’t stopped Monday Blues from joining the scene. Not only are they open until 3am, they’ve also got interesting signature dishes — cloudy waffles and cones.
Ice cream & waffles
There are currently 16 flavours of ice cream to pick from, with some interesting standouts including Australian Mango, Burnt Pineapple, Strawberry Cheesecake, Yuzu Lemon with Rose Lychee, and Pure Coconut. Get them in a single scoop (from S$4.80), double scoop (from S$7.80), or a single scoop atop a waffle (S$10.50).
Though, if you’re here specifically for the Cloudy Waffles (S$14.80), that’s only available with a double scoop of ice cream. Have it in a cone instead at an additional S$1, and with a cotton candy cloud at an extra S$2. Additional ice cream scoops are available at S$3.50 each, while toppings and syrups such as chocolate rice, rainbow sprinkles, and almond flakes can be topped up at S$0.50 more.
While waffles and ice cream seem like an appropriate snack for any time of the day, we’re already sensing an incoming sugar high from all that and the cotton candy, so that might be something to think about when 2am comes around.
Squid Game challenge
On top of that, Monday Blues is also inviting their diners to the iconic Squid Game Honeycomb Challenge where you’re given just two minutes to cut out the complete shape of the honeycomb. Successful players will then have a chance to join a lucky draw while players who fail will have to post a photo of themselves and tag Monday Blues’ handle.

Why do we call them toppings if they sink to the bottom?
