Bubble tea fanatics, it’s time to put your love to the test.
Remember last year’s 5-litre Mega Bubble Tea that took social media by storm? Well, Wong Fu Fu is back for International Bubble Tea Day, and they’re doubling the madness until 11 May 2025.

Introducing the GIGA Bubble Tea (S$58.80), a 10-litre milk tea that might just be Singapore’s biggest bubble tea ever.
When they carried out the cup, I had only one thought: This is ridiculous. For reference, my co-worker’s hand is about 16.4cm and the cup was at least 2.5 times bigger.

That’s 20 medium-sized cups (500ml) of milk tea in one monstrous serving. It comes unsweetened with a side of sugar syrup so that you can customise it to your preference.
Word of advice, maybe don’t pour the entire thing in at once unless you have a serious sweet tooth (like my partner who claimed that it was perfect).

In this giant boba feast, there are 10 litres of unsweetened milk tea, 500g of warm tapioca pearls, 500g of brown sugar pearls, and three XXL brown sugar jelly balls.

The tapioca pearls were pretty chewy and perfect for pearl lovers.
The medium-sized brown sugar pearls came cold with a refreshing twist of a mild caramel-like taste.

On the other hand, the three XXL brown sugar jelly balls were the size of my palm. These 60mm-wide spheres were so glossy that I could see my reflection.

If 10 litres sounds too ambitious, don’t worry, you can still get the 5-litre Mega Bubble Tea for S$29.80. But if you’re really feeling up for a challenge, the GIGA Bubble Tea is calling your name.

At S$58.80, this sounds like an expensive sugar rush. But when you break it down, that’s just S$2.94 per 500ml cup (honestly, where else can you find this price). Split it with your friends, and it’s basically a budget-friendly boba experience (if you can handle the sheer volume).
My colleague and I gave it our best shot but still had litres left, so we opted for the takeaway option. If you’re planning to share, you can top up S$0.80 per disposable cup to bring the leftovers home. No shame, we won’t judge.

Wong Fu Fu is an eight-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station. Though, there are a couple of bus stops that might be more convenient.
Do you have what it takes to conquer this 10-litre bubble tea?
