Free admission with goodie bag

Pets Social Ground is essentially an annual pet festival featuring fun, interactive activities for pets and their owners. Entry is free, with goodie bags up for grabs. Simply RSVP for the event here, and follow @thestarvista on Instagram and @clubpets on TikTok to redeem a Pets Social Ground Goodie Bag. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 1 redemption per household.

Prizes to be won

Something to look forward to at Pets Social Ground is a Pawssport Stamp Rally. Drop by the Clubpets Booth at B1, The Star Plaza on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and collect your Pets Pawssport Adventure card to get started.

Be one of the first 30 people each day to collect all 6 stamps at selected locations to redeem a Mini Luggage Bag. Sniff. Stamp. Redeem! Easy. Grab these while stocks last!

If you shop and dine at The Star Vista anytime from now till 20 September 2026, you can also stand a chance to redeem a S$10 Gift Voucher. A minimum spend of S$100 across a maximum of 3 same-day receipts will make you eligible for this. Just make sure you’re one of the first 50 redemptions on any day!

Adventure Starts Here

Beyond the rewards and promotions, one of the main highlights of Pets Social Ground this year is the aforementioned Pet Marketplace. Go on an adventure with your fur-kids and find unique treats, goodies, accessories, toys, and more.

One of the cutest activities you can do with your pet is to contribute to the Singapore Book of Records attempt for The Largest Pet Paw Print Display. Your furry companion can literally leave their mark on a big display and potentially help break a record! If you’re interested, head to the Clubpets Booth and approach the friendly staff.

Want to take home a piece of memory with your fur-kid? Head over to the photobooth near the Clubpets Booth. If you spent S$50 or more at Pets Social Ground or at The Star Vista, present your same-day receipts here to redeem a complimentary photo printout.

There are also numerous other photo opportunities spread across the festival grounds, so you can spot those and snap some pictures there too!

For something playful and active, bring your pet to L2 of The Star Vista, outside Watami Japanese Dining. Here, you will find 5 challenges inspired by destinations around the world. Complete these mini obstacle courses with your furry friend and make memories together while going on a globetrotting adventure.

Stage activities

Another highlight of Pets Social Ground is watching and participating in contests with your fur babies! Back on the centre stage of Pets Social Ground at B2, you can expect daily contests to take place. For instance, there is a Cutest Cat Contest and a Sniff Out Challenge on one of the days. If you’d like to participate, check out the full schedule and register for your contest here.

Psst, we even heard that there is a special Bird Showcase happening from 10am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Even if you’re not a pet owner or participant, there are programmes for you to enjoy every hour.

The daily programme line-up also includes informative talks by professionals. On 19 September, visitors can expect a Separation Anxiety Training by Superstar Paws and a session about Understanding Bird Behaviour by Birdies & Family.

On 20 September, sessions by Dt Pet Nutrition and The Animal Clinic will help you understand pet food and vaccinations. Beyond fun, Pets Social Ground is also a space where you can learn how to be a better paw-rent!

A purr-fect destination for pets

Most of you who have been to The Star Vista would know that the naturally ventilated shopping mall has pet-friendly common walkways and dining options. This makes it the perfect venue for Pets Social Ground and a day out with your animal companions.

The Star Vista is home to many pet-friendly establishments, such as Warm Up Cafe, Obongzip, Soup Restaurant, Paper Rice Vietnamese Kitchen, and more. You can grab a bite or drink while still tending to your pets.

Want to go shopping with your pets in tow? Drop by the one-stop shop for all things pet-related – The Pet Safari. Here, you will find products, grooming services, and everything you need for pet care!

If you live in the area, you might want to drop by to check it out. Wondering what to expect? We’ve got you covered.

The centre and main attraction of the menu at Shared Table is the Nourish Plate (from S$21.90). This set meal aims to serve diners with dishes that are balanced and wholesome, yet full of variety and satisfaction.

It comes with a selection of grain, 1 protein, 2 sides, and a soup of the day, making it a hearty meal for lunch and dinner, or – depending on your choices – anytime during the day.

If you prefer à la carte options, consider some of the cafe’s other creations, such as the Protein Pancake with Caramelised Banana (S$17.90) and Grilled Chicken Skewers (S$14.90).

The first is a sweet treat that contains 32g of protein and is served with gula melaka and peanut butter. The second features cubed chicken thigh marinated in spices and seasoning, before being grilled to perfection, and served with housemade tzatziki sauce and warm pita bread.

No matter what you choose, you can expect nourishing food that feeds your body and soul, made possible by quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation.

A selection of drinks is also available at Shared Table, perfect for different moments in the day. If you need a mid-day boost, consider specially blended coffee (from S$6.50) and artisanal matcha (also from S$6.50).

Feeling high-spirited? A variety of cocktails are also available, including in-house creations such as The Golden Mango (S$21) – a vibrant, spiced tequila with turmeric, mango, and chilli.

Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, Shared Table allows you to take in natural sunlight and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park’s greenery during the day. At night, the space turns into a cosy retreat filled with good food and even better conversations. A literal shared communal table in the centre of the cafe also encourages people to gather round and connect.

Pet owners are also welcome with a pet-friendly alfresco area. If Shared Table sounds like your vibe, make it your next destination with friends and your furry companions!

If you want to make the weekend of 29 & 30 August 2026 even more exciting as you head out solo or with family and friends, here are some of the hottest events to look out for.

adidas Orchard Road Ignition

What happens when an F1 driver, a K-pop group, and a couple of Singaporean artistes walk into an adidas store? The result: adidas Orchard Road Ignition! This two-day event on 29 & 30 August 2026 invites fans of adidas, the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team, and BABYMONSTER to an Orchard Road takeover unlike any other. I mean — when was the last time part of Orchard Road was closed for something like this?

On Saturday, 29 August, fans who previously participated in a contest and won tickets will gain access to a Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team Garage Display. As this requires exclusive tickets that most of us don’t have, all eyes are on Sunday.

30 August is when the event hits a fever pitch with a Live Race Car Demo by Mercedes third driver Fred Vesti and Hot Laps with BABYMONSTER. These events will take place from 3pm onwards along Orchard Road, and are free and open to the public.

Watching a Mercedes driver speeding through Orchard Road with an actual F1 car and catching BABYMONSTER on a joy ride in our famous shopping district were certainly not on our 2026 bingo card, but we ain’t complaining.

From 6.35pm to 9pm, you can also catch performances by local acts such as Benjamin Kheng and Iman Fandi at a Fan Festival happening at Design Orchard. Lucky fans who won tickets previously can also catch an exclusive performance by BABYMONSTER here.

If you’re planning to head down to Orchard Road this Sunday, make sure you’re at the right place at the right time to catch your favourite stars!

Keep an eye out for events such as Nature Society, where you can explore Singapore’s biodiversity, and Parrot Society Singapore, where you can learn more about parrot welfare. Looking to adopt a dog? Paws of Johor Bahru will also be putting dogs up for adoption.

As the name of the festival suggests, you can also recycle your empties at the GREEN-HOUSE Festival and reap rewards. Simply head over to the Beauty Empties Recycling Station and get rewarded with exclusive perks and deals with these participating brands: L’occitane, Sukhatara, Mittsu Doru, Pass it On, Terra Nest, Another Land, and Gentle Therapy.

With over 50 participating brands like The Dog Grocer, Weave Home, Little Sprout SG, and Vintagewknd, the festival will also have hands-on workshops such as Kokedama-making, Gin Masterclass, Ceramic Cup Embossing, Brew Your Own Kombucha, and many more! The event is also pet-friendly, so paw-rents can bring along their furry companions either on a leash or in a carrier.

5. Petit Pawstries

Petit Pawstries makes treats and food toppers that are cat- and dog-friendly. Food toppers include Salmon Sprinkles (S$9.50) and Duck Sprinkles (S$8) – both are 100% human-grade. Pawrents can use it as a meal topper to enhance flavour, entice picky eaters, and add extra nutrients to their daily meals.

They also carry adorable treats that are perfect for bite-size nibbles and paw-gifting, such as Jelly-Cat (S$12) and Sakura Milkies (S$8). As cats and dogs are unable to consume chocolate, Petit Pawstries carries paw-chocolates – Ichigo Milk Pawcolate (S$15), inspired by Japanese Strawberry Milk and Pistachio Pawcolate (S$15), inspired by the viral kunafa flavour. Rest assured that all ingredients used are pet-safe and suitable for cats, dogs, and hamsters as well.
