Say hello to Clayful Cafe, the coolest kid on the block in the heart of Orchard Central. This massive 3,000-square-foot studio is the largest pottery studio and cafe in Singapore, and is also the first to combine ceramic pottery and glass painting workshops with free-flow prosecco or beer. So whether you’re looking for a creative date, a family bonding session, or a fun day out, there’s something for everyone.

With the holiday season in full swing, it’s definitely the perfect time to bring your loved ones here. Not just that, it’s also affordable with studio passes priced at S$30 per person, and S$20 for students with a valid student ID. The pass grants you two-hour access with all the necessary supplies. Choose from a selection of over 100 pottery and glass options and start crafting your masterpiece ranging from ceramic cup plates to even glassware. Prices start as low as S$8 and go up to S$18. For further enjoyment, adults can add on free-flow prosecco or beer for just S$20 per hour.

They also serve up drool-worthy dishes from savoury pasta, and pizza to fluffy desserts. Personally, I’m more of a pasta lover. The Toowomba Grilled Tiger Prawn Pappardelle Ricce (S$26) looks especially delectable with grilled tiger prawns and button mushroom onions tossed in their homemade cream sauce and sprinkled with shaved parmesan. Other choices also include Grilled Atlantic Salmon Aglio Olio (S$$22), Bulgogi Flank Beef Cream Pappardelle Ricce (S$25), Spicy Kurobuta Pork Pappardelle Ricce (S$22), and more.

Not into pasta? Go for the thin-crusted pizza such as the Corn Cheese Pizza (S$19), the Bulgogi Flank Steak Pizza (S$24), or even the Truffle Kurobuta Ham Mozzarella Pizza (S$24). But if you can’t decide, pick your top two choices and get the best of both worlds with the mix-and-match option for two pizzas in one (S$30). There’s even a sharing platter and sides up for grabs if you’re still feeling peckish.

And of course, a sweet treat is in order. Try out unique flavours like the Lychee Burnt Cheese Cake (S$10 per piece) or the Kroffle & Gelato (S$15) with five flavours to choose from: Strawberry Yoghurt, Black Sesame, Vanilla Oreo, Double Chocolate, and Pistachio.

Accompany your meal with a cheeky little drink like Ginseng Cappuccino (S$8 for hot), Butter Cream Latte (S$7 for hot, S$8 for iced), Coconut Smoothie (S$8 for iced), and fan-favourite Dalgona Coffee (S$8).
