And we’re sure Goodwood Park’s high tea set’s dainty pink hues are enough to convince most people — the Rosy Medley Set is filled with pink-hued goodies for 2 that costs S$72 nett. A gorgeous high tea set for S$36 per pax? Not bad.
You can get the high tea set at The Deli at Goodwood Park Hotel, with S$2 from each set donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation. But if you feel like you want to contribute more, you can show some generosity by putting in a personal donation at The Deli too!
Do note that these pink high tea sets are only available for takeaway but Goodwood Park Hotel has also made delivery options available with the Rosy Medley set priced at S$74+ for home delivery. The set will be available until 30 November 2021, you can order here.
As the name suggests, each set is a diverse medley of 16 different items which include both sweet and savoury bite-sized treats. For the sweet treats, you can find fruity pastries such as the Raspberry Sable Breton, Pink Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Macaron, Raspberry Swiss Roll, and Morello Cherry Cupcake.
But if you prefer something with more oomph you can also find items such as the Cassis with Almond Sponge, Cake Pink Donut, and Rose Lemon Cheese Mousse in Goodwood Park’s pink high tea sweets section.
Moving onto the savoury treats in the Rosy Medley, you can find hearty items such as Chicken Burrito with Avocado, Bacon & Sakura Denbu, Ham & Cheese Roll, Hot Smoked Salmon Rillette on Pink Pancake, and Homemade Semi-dried Tomato with Garlic Bread to give you a satisfying dose of flavours.
When you’re done you can cut through the heaviness with the more refreshing pink-coloured high tea items that Goodwood Park has included such as the Greenland Shrimp with Raspberry & Mango Aioli, Mini Seafood Burger with Pickled Ginger & Mentaiko Mayonnaise, Beetroot & Feta Quiche, and Crabmeat Salad with Compressed Watermelon & Grapefruit.
If you’re feeling a particular mood for your high tea sesh though, you can also choose to get an entire set of either the Sweets or Savouries — it’ll cost the same price but with 2 of each item from each category instead.
