Ever dreamt of building your own stuffed companion? This has been on my bucket list for ages, and while Build-A-Bear may have said their goodbyes to Singapore, we can finally live out those dreams at Happy Hour Club Cafe & Workshop Malaysia’s first Creative DIY Experience Cafe with a multitude of activities which is located in Kuala Lumpur.

My personal favourite is Teddy Builder where you get to build your own one-of-a-kind stuffed toy from scratch! For just RM90 (S$27.34), you will get everything you need to stuff and stitch your teddy.

And it doesn’t stop there, you will also receive an adorable personalised plushport (a cute teddy passport) and boarding pass for your new furry companion, as well as a free drink from their cafe menu. Plus, they will wrap up your teddy in a complimentary gift package.

Want to give your teddy a makeover? Choose from a wide range of outfits and accessories to doll your furry buddy up in, which are available at additional charges starting from RM1 (S$0.30). Just imagine all of the fashionable outfits you’ll get to dress them up in!

Prefer something hands-on? Try their tufting workshop which comes in five variations: Mini (RM130 / S$39.51), XS (RM175 / S$53.18), S (RM240 / S$72.93), M (RM399 / S$121.26), and L (RM550 / S$167.16).

Don’t worry about arm fatigue, they use a weightless tufting system! It’s also a great date option, teaming up to create your artwork which is a cute memory. Do note that these are promotional prices for a limited time.

Perfect for group outings or family bonding activities!

Hungry after all that crafting? Croffles are calling your name. Check out their unique croffle options like Mentai Croffle (RM13 / S$3.95), Mango Lychee Croffle (RM13 / S$3.95) or you can go for their Butter Croffle (RM8 / S$2.43).

Pair it with refreshing options like Cloudy Matcha Coconut (RM14 / S$4.25), Fizzy Rose Lychee (RM14 / S$4.25), or Caramel Latte starting from RM11 (S$3.34). Operating hours for the cafe start at 10am till 5pm from Tuesday to Sunday.

With so much to try and do, which of these activities are you down to try first on your next trip to KL?
