It seems like the Singapore Tourism Board bringing Taylor Swift to our shores is an early sign that live entertainment is being taken more seriously than ever. And honestly, with the concert scene here booming (just look at the crowds willing to camp out for tickets), it’s not all that surprising — it’s big business, after all!
Looks like the stage is set for even more incredible performances in the future, as Singapore will soon welcome a brand-new live music and entertainment hub — courtesy of Live Nation. I believe Live Nation needs no introduction as it’s all thanks to them that we can watch all our favourite acts in-person.
At the time of writing, the official name of the Live Nation music venue has yet to be revealed. However, what we do know is that it’ll be located along Grange Road in Orchard, just a few steps away from Somerset MRT.
The venue also boasts a seating capacity of up to 3,000 spectators. But that’s not all — there isn’t just one stage but multiple stages, all outfitted with state-of-the-art technology to deliver a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.
Aside from the stages, there will be event spaces as well, catered to hosting conferences, meetings, exhibitions, community activities, and a bunch of other events.
Feeling tired or need some refreshment? Take a break at the in-house cafe or bar, which also doubles as a cosy event space for those seeking a more intimate setting.
Though it’s still in its early stages, the buzz around its exciting amenities has already solidified this venue as the go-to destination for one-of-a-kind performances and good vibes.
