Looking to shake up your Saturdays?
SUSHISAMBA brings a unique blend of flavours from Japan, Brazil, and Peru together. With the launch of its iconic Copacabana Brunch, a free-flow champagne affair with a side of Samba!
This vibrant brunch party is on the next level literally — bringing the spirit of Brazil’s Carnival up to the 52nd floor alongside roaming samba dancers, DJs spinning Afro-Latin beats, and a live percussion ensemble. This will have you dancing in your seat (or on your feet).
From 12pm to 3pm, the free-flow party brunch starts at S$160 inclusive of non-alcoholic drinks. Add free-flow alcohol from S$40 to keep the party going, to enjoy endless champagnes, wines, cocktails to spirits and beer.
Kick things off with Salmon Tiradito — a light Peruvian dish that’s perfect for our sunny weather with a hint of wasabi.
Try the crunch of Pork Tiradito, which is absolutely addictive. Other starters also include Peruvian Corn Salad and Guacamole.
Main course highlights include Spatchcock Chicken where the juicy and smoky meat just melts in your mouth alongside fragrant asparagus.
And, don’t forget the buffet station packed with signature seviche, sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, sashimi, and robata skewers!
Of course, you have to wrap it all up with decadent desserts.
First up is the Yuzu Cheesecake, a creamy and sour delight with Hokkaido milk ice cream and caramelised biscuit. The Doughnut Andagi is a light, crispy, and chewy rounded-up ball with black sesame ice cream on the side.
Oh, the Creme Brulee is a standout, a classic and velvety way to end off your afternoon.
The only thing left to decide is how many cocktails you will sip while shaking your tambourine!
Will this make your brunch bucket list?
