This yakiniku chain from Japan opens first international outpost in Singapore with 24 cuts of premium Wagyu beef and serves head-to-tail omakase, shabu shabu, a la carte dishes and more

If the concept of zero-waste meat intrigues you, Yakiniku Gyubei should be on your radar.

The establishment has championed a head-to-tail philosophy, offering 24 cuts of premium Wagyu beef from ethically raised Kyushu cattle. Now, with 22 outlets in Japan, Yakiniku Gyubei is making their first international debut in Singapore on 10 January 2025.

Omakase Lunch for Two (S$100) is perfect for meat lovers, this set includes six rotational cuts of premium Wagyu, meaning every visit is a new adventure. You’ll also get to pair two mains like Bibimbap and Soup, Beef Rib Soup and Rice, and Cold Noodle. Tip: don’t skip the secret dipping sauce which helps to enhance the flavour.

From 10 January 2025 to 26 January 2025, they are having a promotion on their Omakase Set: 6 Kinds of Yakiniku Assortment going at S$68. This is only available for walk-ins, so plan accordingly!

In the same space, guests will also be able to enjoy a head-to-tail shabu shabu concept which also features top-quality Wagyu cuts. 

Enjoy the all-you-can-eat shabu shabu experience with free-flow vegetables and desserts for 90 minutes. Premium options like Hokkaido Silky Pork Belly, US Beef Chuck Roll, Pork Belly, and Chicken Thigh. Prices start at S$55 for adults, S$23 for children aged seven to 12, and S$12 for ages three to six.

Choose your two soup bases from six options like Signature Soup, Spicy Miso Dashi, Soy Milk Dashi, and Tomato Dashi.
