And here’s the best part. It’s Singapore’s first-ever live seafood market-style hotpot, letting you pick, choose, and cook your own fresh ingredients just the way you like them.

The concept is simple. Grab a tray, browse through over 100 individually portioned ingredients, and pick out whatever catches your eye.

Everything is colour-coded for easy pricing, starting from just S$5 for essentials like vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and handmade meat or fish pastes.

There are five pan colours: Golden (S$22), Iron (S$13), Red (S$10), Yellow (S$7), and Green (S$5) with all types from fresh seafood to premium meats and crisp vegetables.

Many of the seafood items are live, with prawns jumping, crabs scuttling, and shellfish moving right before your eyes.

Premium options include King Crab (S$150/kg), Lobster (S$10/100g), and other seafood options like jumbo scallops, freshly shucked oysters, flower crabs, black tiger prawns, abalone, razor clams, octopus, and many more (this is going to flare up admin’s decision anxiety).

With such a vast selection, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Additionally, do be careful when picking your items as some might still be trying to escape!

Highlights include the rich Butter & Spicy Pot, the comforting Pork Belly & Chicken Flavoured, the earthy Matsutake Mushroom Soup, and the ever-popular Tomato Soup.
