Popular Singapore-style seafood restaurant Seafood Paradise opens in Clarke Quay with 50% off creamy butter crabs & Australian lobsters for a limited time only

Remember when Seafood Paradise first opened in 2002 as a humble 25-seater coffee shop on Defu Lane?

The local restaurant best known for its sensational Singapore-style seafood dishes has certainly come a long way, especially now that they’ve opened a second outlet (the first being VivoCity) at Clarke Quay.

Whether you’re hosting friends from overseas, celebrating a special occasion with family, or simply craving seafood, you’ll be able to enjoy the restaurant’s innovative bestsellers overlooking scenic views of the Singapore River.

Did you know that it was the first to come up with Creamy Butter Crab topped with Coconut Crumbs (from S$10.80 per 100g)?

Firm-fleshed Sri Lankan mud crabs are cooked in an aromatic sauce with aromatic curry leaves, white pepper, lemongrass and chilli padi, yielding a sweet and savoury flavour profile you won’t be able to get enough of!

Sri Lankan crabs are also used in the Popular Singapore Style Chilli Crab (from S$10.80 per 100g), comprising a well-balanced sauce that is equal parts sweet, spicy, and tangy. Ordering a round of mantous to mop up all that moreish sauce is a must.

One non-seafood dish sure to evoke nostalgia is the Crispy Phoenix Chicken (from S$23.80 for half), which involves an extremely labour-intensive process.

The chefs have to first deskin the chicken, before drying the skin for up to four hours before frying it to a golden crisp. Minced chicken and squid are then arrayed upon the skin and deep-fried.

You can enjoy all these and more in the form of value-for-money Executive Lunches (from S$58 per set) available on weekdays.
