If there’s one thing that Singaporeans absolutely adore, it’s hotpot. There’s so many variations of it now — traditional hotpot, Japanese shabu shabu, and not forgetting Thai mookata. If you’re a fan of mookata, you’re gonna wanna add this new hidden spot to your list.

ABC886 Mookata is a new spot in the Tai Seng that is hidden inside the SinFoodie at Sakae building. They’ve recently been going viral on social media for their super value-for-money S$19.90 Mookata dinner buffet, and addictive soup base.
Fun fact: the mookata concept was started by a team of avid mookata lovers who ate mookata every night. If anything, you can definitely be assured that the food they serve will be good.

You read that right, their Mookata dinner buffet is only S$19.90 per person, and you’ll have a dining period of 120 minutes (two hours).

You’ll also get to eat all the meats, seafood, vegetables, and instant noodles that your heart desires. The extensive range of ingredients include various marinated meats alongside scallops, prawns, clams, oysters, sausages, and cheese tofu among others.

But of course, you can’t have mookata without giving their iconic Thai chilli sauces a go! Spice lovers must definitely try their house-made red and green chilli sauces. They pack a punch and will certainly elevate the flavours of the meats.

Whenever I have mookata, I like to finish my meal by washing down all the greasy food with some soup. ABC886 Mookata’s soup broth comes highly recommended for its full-bodied and robust flavour. The perfect way to end your feast.

That’s not all the mookata buffet has to offer. ABC886 Mookata is also offering free-flow basil pork rice alongside the buffet! An all-you-can-eat buffet and free-flow basil pork rice? It really doesn’t get any better than this.
Oh and did we mention that they’re open till late too? If I were you, I’d hurry up and make supper plans right now!
