There’s a new kid on the block of New Bahru.
The ever-popular Beyond The Vines has just opened its largest outlet — Beyond The Vines Design House — in the world. It’s definitely an absolute head-turner. Just take a look at its striking gradient-blue storefront, which is totally impossible to miss, practically inviting you to step inside.
Who says adults can’t have fun? Step inside and you’ll find yourself in a whimsical wonderland that will have you feeling like a kid in a candy store. Look around and try to spot the playful staircase-like structure home to their viral dumpling bags!
You can even make this a family trip. There’s a dedicated zone for kids to run, play and explore! KID’S ZONE is a great spot to let them run free while you browse the store’s latest collection.
The feature that stood out to me the most is this experiential tunnel to the store’s left. It is lined with holes in the wall, so you can pretend to be a mouse looking out into the world. If you’re up for it, you can crawl through the mouse hole and pop right back into the main space!
As you continue to head further into the store, you’ll notice a series of archways or “portals” that add to the allure of the adventure. And, if you wander far enough, you will stumble upon the BTV-To-Go zigzag wall and a striped, candy-like customisation pillar in bright pink.
That’s not all.
I’ve always preferred structured bags, so the new collection is just right up my alley. If you haven’t already heard, they are launching their new collection, Crunch Carryall (from S$89), available at the New Bahru Design House and online. The collection comes in three sizes with over 10 colours to choose from!
For those who are looking to get it as a gift, in-store buyers can get their bags embroidered on the spot. This is complimentary only for this collection. Just pick your favourite colour, select two initials, and voila — your custom Crunch Carryall is ready to be wrapped up and go!
Do note that this service is limited to the first 30 customers each day till Christmas.
