For those unfamiliar with the new Bugis Junction tenant, FLIPPER’S is a popular souffle pancake from Japan that is known for churning out the fluffiest and most decadent stacks of pancakes. They’re also the first halal-certified Japanese souffle pancakes in Singapore too!
Their first outlet in Singapore opened just last year to much public fanfare and now they’re finally coming out with a second outlet — pancake fans rejoice! Not only that but the new outlet will also have a bunch of exclusives to lure you down to it.
Yep, FLIPPER’S Bugis Junction outlet will add quite a few special new items to its menu that you can’t find elsewhere in Singapore. So if you’re a glutton like us who can’t get enough of the dessert choices, there’s even more now.
Plus, you can also get vouchers from their opening promo that gives you a nifty S$10 voucher for every S$50 spent and S$20 voucher for every S$80 spent — so you can go back again if you want to!
The best part of dining at FLIPPER’S is that you can watch the fluffy pancakes being made, and it remains the same at Bugis — you can see the kitchen hard at work through a window.
So what are the exclusives that you can find at FLIPPER’S Bugis Junction? For one, there’s the unbelievably IG-worthy Millennial Pancake Strawberry Daifuku (S$24.80), a seasonal special that features vibrant red strawberries and a gorgeous layer of pink jelly.
But we’re sure many people will be equally content with their classic items such as Matcha Pancake (S$19.80) and Hazelnut Chocolate Pancake (S$21.80) which both come loaded with rich sauces and ice cream.
But for those who enjoy savoury pancakes over the sweet ones, you’re in luck too. They have 2 exclusives here that will satiate any savoury cravings in the form of the Maple Bacon & Fried Egg Pancake (S$22.80) and Salmon Avocado Pancake (S$22.80).
