If you’ve been active on TikTok (or basically any other social media platform), you definitely would have heard of the Pink Drink (or to some of us, the pinkity drinkity).
For ages, many of us have been hunting for the elusive Pink Drink in Singapore — trying to find secret recipes or just confusing the baristas by trying to order the Pink Drink. In the past, the only ‘pink drink’ available here was probably the cotton candy or raspberry creme frappe — but that’s not what we’re looking for!
The search is finally over now as the Pink Drink has officially launched in Singapore — together with the Strawberry Acai with Lemonade. The two new drinks will be added to Starbuck’s menu under the Starbucks Refreshers category, a very apt name for the pretty in pink and refreshing summery drinks!
Of the two, the more popular drink is (obviously) the Pink Drink — which is actually a light and milky combination of coconut milk, zesty fruit juice and strawberries. Though there’s coconut milk in the drink, it doesn’t feel heavy at all and tastes almost like a less sweet version of a yoghurt drink (perfect for a hot, sunny day!).
That being said, for those who prefer something more tangy, the Strawberry Acai with Lemonade is also pretty good.
To celebrate the arrival of the Pink Drink, the Starbucks outlet at VivoCity will be having a Pink Concept pop-up with some really pretty pink decor for you to take your IG pictures and TikTok videos with.
For those who want to do their part for the environment (or simply just want to get a pretty cup), you can get the new Starbucks Refreshers with a limited-edition pink reusable cup at S$9.90 (this is only while stocks last, so hurry up if you don’t want to miss out!).
