And, Sushi Guren is here to prove that. This sushi restaurant in Lavender is a recent addition to the scene but it’s already turning heads thanks to their particularly generous opening promotion.

For a 12-course meal, it’ll cost just S$48+ per person, with no GST included. Of course, this special price won’t be here for long as the promotion ends on 31 January 2025, so hurry to book your reservation!

This 12-course omakase experience consists of two seasonal appetisers, a bowl of chawanmushi, seven pieces of nigiri sushi, hand roll, and their House Fish Bone Broth. Since the menu changes daily based on seasonal ingredients, every visit promises a unique dining experience.

However, you can expect classics like Buri Yellowtail, Kohada (Gizzard Shad), Botan Ebi, Otoro, Unagi, and Shima Aji (Horse Mackerel). If you want to take it up a notch, feel free to add on the Overflowing Ikura Gunkan for S$10 per piece.

This standout dish is crowned with three generous spoonfuls of ikura but do note it’is exclusively available on the Dinner Omakase menu.

As you near the end of your meal, you won’t be greeted with just a regular bowl of miso soup. Instead, indulge in a hearty serving of their signature Fish Bone Broth Udon — a comforting and satisfying finale. According to reviews, the broth was light, clean, and perfectly complemented the chewy udon noodles.

Pair your omakase with their range of alcoholic beverages, including High Ball (S$10) and Lemon Sour (S$10).

For those with a bigger appetite, there’s a 14-course omakase menu available, priced at just S$78+ per person.
