Here’s a little something to throw it back to snail mail this festive season. From now until 7 Jan 2022, SingPost will mail out your customised Instagram story in the form of a physical postcard to your family and friends for free. This comes as part of their new campaign, SingPost #InstaPostcards.
How to take part:
1. Create an IG story and customise it with your choice of text, stickers, GIFs (they won’t move when printed, obviously).
2. Save it, and send it to @mysingpost on Instagram via direct message.
3. Remember to include your recipient’s full name and mailing address.
4. SingPost will print and send your story onto a postcard for free, so all that’s left to do is await its arrival.
Do note that this complimentary service is only available for addresses in Singapore, but you can still send these postcards to loved ones abroad at slashed shipping rates (70c to 80c) thanks to the festive discounts.
To ensure that your card reaches your recipient in a timely fashion, make sure to send your stories in by 19 Dec, 26 Dec, and 31 Dec 2021 for your delivery to be fulfilled within the following work week, respectively.
