Calling all BLINKS! The time has come for you to show your support for the girls once again. BLACKPINK has teamed up with some big brands like Starbucks, H&M, Pepsi and more to bring some incredible merch. But if you didn’t manage to get your hands on those cool merch, now’s your chance! The queens have teamed up with HaiDiLao to launch a series of limited-edition merch!
The limited-edition BLACKPINK + HaiDiLao collection is slated to drop this October and will feature exclusive tin cases, photo cards, stickers and more all dressed in the band’s signature black and pink colour palette. Who would have thought that HDL and BLACKPINK join forces for a line-up of limited-edition merch? Maybe something was already brewing when Jennie was spotted eating at HDL after leaving the show halfway — hmm… coincidence?
According to HDL’s teaser post on their socials, the merch are inspired by the group’s latest single “The Girls” which also happens to be the OST for their mobile game — BLACKPINK: THE GAME. Leading the line-up of merch is an exclusive Tin Case in either Black or Pink (for obvious reasons). On the cover you’ll see the words “The Girls” written on it. On the side you’ll find the girls’ iconic phrase “BLACKPINK IN YOUR AREA”.
But of course, you won’t be getting an empty case. Inside the case are eight exclusive member photo cards — How You Like That? It’s really a game of luck in order to find out which photo cards you’ll get in the set. Although, I wouldn’t mind if I got more of Rose and Jisoo (my current biases).
Don’t mess with the girls because the sure know how to hit us with the du-ddu du-ddu. The line-up of exclusive merch set also includes exlcusive stickers (in black or white), an OST QR card with lyrics, a card holder, the girls’ acrylic standee, keyring pendants, and more!
As a diehard fan of the Lovesick Girls, I already have my eyes on which merch I want — specifically the card holder, keyring pendants, and the standee (of course). To redeem this amazing merch set (worth S$38), you’ll need to spend a minimum of S$180 at any of the Haidilao outlets (except Northshore Plaza, IMM, and Marina Bay Sands), which we reckon shouldn’t be too difficult — anything for the girls, am I right?
But one thing’s for sure, I’m gonna be eating at HDL more often now just so I can get my hands on the merch. If you’re not someone who enjoys hotpot, you can always purchase the tin cans separately at just S$38, limited to two boxes per customer.
