That said, cuddling with one (even for just one hour) isn’t entirely out of the question, especially since Fluffydolls Catfe has opened a brand new two-storey space!

The luxurious two-storey cat cafe is located along Desker Road in Jalan Besar, and it is home to over 20 insanely adorable and extremely cuddly kitties. Whether you love a munchkin, ragdoll, british shorthair, british longhair or siberian, they have just the cat for you.

Fun fact: all the cats here have been handpicked by trusted breeders all the way in Italy and the UK — posh or whatever. The cafe space has also incorporated some catifications to make it a safe and fun place for both humans and kitties.

Cat lovers, feline fans and more, you guys are in for a treat because the in-house cats at Fluffydolls Catfe are said to be extremely affectionate, which means they absolutely love cuddles! They’re also very playful and love interacting with humans, so go all out and have a ball of a time with them, safely of course.

When they are not lounging around, you can find the furry felines climbing up and around their various cat structures or nestled in their cubby holes. I don’t know about you but just watching the little munchkins jumping around with their tiny legs instantly puts me in a good mood.

Since the catfe has two floors, it also means that there’s plenty of room for you and the kitties to roam around — if you’re lucky, you might even catch the cats struggling to climb up the stairs.

There’s also cat toys around the cafe for you to lure the cats to you or just to play with them. But one thing that the cats simply cannot resist is treats! And if you want them to fall in love with you and give you their undivided attention, you’ll definitely wanna splurge on some treats.

Cat treats are available at S$4 per packet. There’s also light refreshments for humans like Gelato (from S$6), Vanilla Waffles (S$7.50) and Coffee (from S$6).

Playtime at Fluffydolls Catfe is priced at S$30 per person for one hour. You’ll also get a 20% discount off your second hour. Essentially you’ll be paying less than S$60 for two hours of cat therapy with these kitties.

It might be a little steep but these cats are all well-bred, pedigree cats that have been handpicked from trusted breeders overseas.

We reckon parting with these kitties will be a very difficult task, especially since they are so irresistibly cute, you’ll feel tempted to bring them home with you (please don’t).

But if you are tempted to bring one home after your visit, Fluffydolls Catfe also runs a cattery in Balestier where you can find similar pedigree kittens.

Do note that visits to Fluffydolls Catfe are strictly by reservation only, and you can reserve your slot here. Make sure you read through the house rules before attending, so that you can create a safe environment for other guests and more importantly, the resident kitties!

Do you need some cat therapy?

A.K Zai Meow Cafe is the newest cat cafe in Singapore and is located along Smith Street. And for those of you who might find the name vaguely familiar, that’s because the cat cafe is managed by the same folks behind A.K Zai Lok Lok.

In other words, you’ll get to enjoy lok lok, hotpot, cocktails, and now cat cuddles! We weren’t lying about the unique concept right?

A.K Zai Meow Cafe is on the second floor of the building and is home to 10 adorable kitties with insanely witty names like Rambutan, Coconut and Mushroom.

Once you step inside, you’ll be greeted by the friendly cats, eagerly waiting for your pats and cuddles. There’s also toys around the space for you to use to play with the cats.

Each session at A.K Meow Cafe costs S$9 per person per hour on weekdays and S$12 on weekends, and it’ll also include unlimited drinks!

There’s even work stations set up with a pretty decent view, for those looking to change up your work-from-home set up. Plus, there’s free Wi-Fi here too, so why not come down and work alongside these kitties?

Although, we can’t promise that you’ll be able to get any real work done with these adorable cats casually lounging around.

A.K Zai Lok Lok is also bringing back their iconic lok lok buffet which entitles you to an all-you-can-eat spread of skewers from just S$19.90!

The sumptuous  buffet spread really gives you a real bang for your buck with over 40 varieties of Malaysian-style lok lok skewers including crowd favourites like cheese tofu, enoki wrapped with bacon, luncheon meat, and bak kwa amongst others.

You can’t have lok lok without pairing it with some sauces and here, you’ll get to pair your skewers with 10 different sauces ranging from house-made chilli sauce to Thai-style chilli and more. You’re definitely in for a spicy good time here.

To make things even better, A.K Zai is also offering S$10 soup bases — who can say no to that? The choices include tom yum, tomato, satay, laksa, pork broth and more. Can’t choose which to get? Get two soup bases for just S$15!

To make your lok lok experience even better, A.K Zai also has regular alcohol promotions like 1-for-1 cocktails, ladies night and more!

I don’t know about you but I will never say no to lok lok, and now that they have a cat cafe located just upstairs, I definitely have to visit them now.

Anyone else up for some lok lok, hotpot and cat cuddles?

The Caffeine Experience is conveniently located at The Star Vista in Buona Vista and is home to over 17 adorable and fluffy kitties. You might mistake them for a Ragdoll or a Norwegian Forest Cat, but these furry felines are actually Maine Coons. And if there’s one thing you must know about this breed of cats, it’s their insanely furry coat — I mean just look at it!

Maine Coons are also known to grow to be pretty large in size. But don’t worry, these gentle giants are extremely affectionate creatures that will work their charm to make you fall in love with them instantly — I know I did (sorry to my two cats who might be reading this). If anything, their large build makes them even more cuddly and you’ll have a hard time letting them go.

You must be wondering, ‘how can I get my hands on them?’ Well, for just S$6.90 you’ll be able to cuddle with these chonky kitties for 20 minutes and S$17 for an hour — it’s not the cheapest but trust me, it really is money well spent.

The cats love a good chin rub so make sure to give them some rubs if you wanna have them sticking to you. While you’re at it, you can also give them some belly rubs — you’ll be tempted to once you see their furry bellies. Don’t forget to snap plenty of pics while you’re at it.

Apart from cuddling the kitties, The Caffeine Experience also serves hearty brunch sets alongside fragrant brews to help you refuel after playing with the cats. The Mocha Coco (S$7.50) comes highly recommended, but they do have other drinks like Single Origin beans (S$6), White Coffee (S$5.50), and Black Coffee (S$4.50).

(Human) Food-wise, you definitely have to give their Big Breakfast (S$15.40) a go. It comes with sausages, sunny side-up eggs, turkey bacon, tater tots, roasted tomatoes, and brioche thick toasts — purr-fect for refuelling after working up a sweat playing with the kitties. Other mouth-watering dishes include Shakshouka Chorizo (S$13.70), Bangers & Mash (S$13.60), Truffle Beef Burger (S$14.30) and more.

You can’t leave without having desserts. Fans of Keong Saik Bakery will be pleased to know that some of the bakery’s classic desserts and pastries can also be found here. The selection includes the popular Orh Nee Tart (S$9.20), Atap Chee Rose Cheesecake (S$8.50), Burnt Cheese Cruffin (S$6.40), Kouign Amann (S$4.30), and more!

The Caffeine Experience is definitely the place to check out for your next date activity, or if you’re ever in the area and have some time to spare, a little cat therapy definitely wouldn’t hurt. Do note that the cats’ nap time is from 2pm to 4pm, and cat petting is not available during those times. Can’t wait any longer? Make a date with these furry cuties here now!

Still think the west side is boring? This cat cafe is about to change all that.

There’s yet another new cat cafe in town that is proving to be a real gem (pun intended). Gem Cat Cafe might just be the best cat cafe in Singapore and their six cuddly British Shorthairs are the reasons why. Located in Jalan Besar, you can head over for some much needed cat therapy with prices starting from just S$15 per hour.

In case you’re wondering what’s all the hype surrounding this breed of cats, well the answer lies in their adorable features. British Shorthairs are known for their flat and round faces and eyes. They’re also known for their grumpy and sometimes blur-looking expressions — which make them look irresistibly cute.

Apart from their adorable features, British Shorthairs are extremely docile and affectionate. This means that they love cuddles — which is great for those of us who love cuddling with these furbabies.

Oh and they’re also the breed of cats that are used in many memes online. Make sure to get your cameras ready because you never know what derpy expressions you’ll get from these cuties.

While most cat cafes allow you to play and interact with their kitties, Gem Cat Cafe takes interactions to a whole new level by letting you carry the cats like a baby. If you follow the proper technique demonstrated by the staff, you may even get a purr or two from these little ones — how adorable is that!

Gem Cat Cafe is split into two sections, so that the cats don’t get too overwhelmed by the number of visitors. The back of the cafe is where all the adorable furry ones will be lounging around, perched atop the scratching post, or cuddled up in their cubby holes.

Don’t be fooled by the annoyed look on their faces, they’re actually really friendly and are excited to play with you. Just pick up one of the many toys, wiggle it around and watch the kittens come running towards you.

Once you’re done spending some quality time with the chonky cats, you can head on back to the front of the cafe and enjoy a nice cold drink and munch on some toasted sandwiches (from S$6.50).

On the menu are your regular coffees (from S$4), fruit teas (from S$5), sodas (from S$4.50) and more to keep you energised before and after playing with the kitties.

Each entry into the cafe costs S$15 per person for one hour, or S$25 for two hours. You’ll  also be entitled to a free scoop of gelato — just make sure you keep those away from the greedy cats.

Gem Cat Cafe also recommends that you make reservations to meet their cuties before heading down. Meet-and-greet slots can be reserved here.

In need of some cuddles? Time to schedule a cat therapy session this weekend!

Cat lovers and animal enthusiasts, we’ve got another cool new hangout spot just for you, and it’s located right in the heart of Joo Chiat.

Pat-A-Cat Cafe is one of the newer cafes in Singapore and what sets this cafe apart from others is that the cute little kitties here are all up for adoption. If you really loved hanging out with them, you could bring them home — literally.

The cafe offers cat lovers and anyone who is looking for a unique and relaxing experience — and if there’s one thing cats can teach us (apart from being catty) is how to relax. Cats literally spend most of their day doing nothing (what a dream). Here at the cafe, you’ll get to play and snuggle with furry cats and kittens, many of whom have been rescued from the streets — awww.

The kittens here are extremely fun and energetic, so don’t be surprised if you find them jumping and running all over you. Does that sound like a lot to you? Well, then you’re probably better off chilling with the older cats who are more zen and chill — perfect for those looking to relax in a stress-free environment.

While you spend quality time with your new feline pals, you can also enjoy a complimentary canned drink to keep yourself hydrated and energised to play with the cats.

The rates here are pretty affordable too at just S$15 per hour with one free drink, and S$5 for every subsequent hour. If you’re in need of some intense cat-therapy, they even have full day passes for S$40.

Alas, all good things must come to an end, or does it? If you enjoyed your time with one of the furry cats and can’t bear to say goodbye to them, you can always indicate your interest to adopt the cat as your own. However, if you are planning on adopting any of the kittens, do make sure that you’ll be a responsible pet owner and take good care of them!

Are you in need of some well-deserved cat therapy? Make sure to check out this cosy cat cafe!

The latest cat cafe in Singapore and located at Kampong Bahru Road, this cat cafe specialises purely in ragdoll cats, all of them super fluffy, huge (compared to our local domestic cats), irresistibly cute and with gorgeous twinkling blue eyes.

From Fendi, the ragdoll princess who “coos like a pigeon” to Hermes, the ragdoll king that’s also a “flirty playboy”, get up close, cuddle and play with these precious furbabies at Truly Dolls.

Three fun facts to know about ragdoll cats – all purebred ragdoll cats have blue eyes, they are one of the largest domesticated breeds of cats, and they have dog-like personalities – being fiercely loyal to their families and just as playful too (they can even play fetch!).

Depending on your preference, there are two packages available, the Standard Package (S$28) which gives you an hour with the cats and is inclusive of a drink. If you’d like to upgrade the experience, you could choose the Deluxe Package (S$38) which gives you one hour with the cats as well as a drink, dessert and two printed photos.

If you’re keen to visit and spend some time with these beautiful felines, make sure to message them on Instagram at @trulydollsg to reserve a slot as visits are by reservation only with no walk-ins allowed on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday slots are subject to availability, so feel free to message and check with them in advance.

Ready to hang out with these stunningly adorable floofs? Set a date, book a slot and head over to Truly Dolls Cat Cafe sometime soon!
