The star of the show here is their sourdough pizzas. Unlike most sourdough pizzas, the ones served here come with a pop of colour. Bet you never had colour colourful pizza crusts before have you?

There are three types of sourdough crusts offered here, namely beetroot, spinach, and the classic sourdoughkinda like the viral colourful sandwiches and bagels

If you love a green pizza, the Pesto Burrata (S$25) will be right up your alley. We’re not kidding when we say “green” pizza because it is made with the spinach-infused sourdough, with a house-made roasted pepper tomato sauce, topped with plenty of fresh arugula, tomatoes and a generous serving of Burrata cheese.

We’re all familiar with pepperoni pizza but have you tried honey pepperoni pizza? Well, the folks at The Fluffy Chef have created a unique Honey Pepperoni Pizza (S$21) which is a delightful blend of sweet and savoury flavours, coupled with a lightly spicy finish.

I don’t know about you but as a pepperoni lover, this one sounds absolutely delicious.

Apart from colourful pizzas, they also have other unique dishes like the Pulled Lamb Arancini which comprises slow-roasted lamb paired with velvety risotto balls, encased in a crispy golden shell — it’s pretty much fried risotto balls of sorts. I don’t typically order risotto but this one has me intrigued.

Another dish that I’m looking forward to trying is the Piacentini Stirati Di Manzo (S$25) which comprises fresh handmade pasta stuffed with pulled beef and doused in a rich and flavourful beef jus.

Just describing this dish alone has got me feeling hungry already.

Of course, you can’t leave without having at least one of their desserts. In true Italian fashion, they have the quintessential Tiramisu (S$12) and Blackcurrant Panna Cotta (S$12)

But, they also have a very interesting Rosso Soffice dessert which is essentially a waffle shell filled generously with pistachio cream.

Are you intrigued to give these colourful pizzas a taste? Reservations can be made here
