Physical 100 has been all the rage these days. If you were inspired to get into shape from watching the show, here’s one workout you can consider – rock climbing.
Scaling a rock wall is really no walk in the park. It requires both physical and mental strength – it’s pretty much a full-body workout. Think your body is up for a challenge? Put your strength and agility to the test at these climbing gyms in Singapore.
